§ 44-249. Notification of application.

  • The county manager or his designee, upon written notice, may require the county permittee to notify the county manager or his designee in writing (facsimile or email notification shall be deemed to be in writing for the purposes of this section) at least four hours after any application of sludge or septage in the county. This notification shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:

    (1)

    The type of sludge or septage applied.

    (2)

    The source of the sludge or septage land applied, including the address of the generator and the name and telephone number of the contact person for the generator.

    (3)

    The fields or other areas to which the sludge or septage were applied.

    (4)

    The volume of sludge or septage applied.
